This project contains 2 major parts: Image processing system developed on C++ and web based system (including front-end user site). The image processing system also has 3 general modules: 1. Image processing module.(C++) Standalone program that works on graphic stations as windows shell and provides manipulations with photo images. The program includes several image processing tools: • Image retouching. • Scale and resizing. • Multi camera format support. • Image filtering. (It basically combines images with selected background, and also includes most of the Adobe Photoshop functions. The difference between this module and Adobe Photoshop is working speed and easy navigation interface that allows people with no graphic design experience to use it). The module also do detailed print statistic. All images and print statistic goes into the internet server. 2. Second part of this project is the Design Editor. (C++) It’s used to create specific designs for image processing module. It supports creating of action scripts similar to Adobe Photoshop action script for automation of the design process. 3. Last part is uploading and synchronization module. (C++, MySQL) This module is used to publish all information (images and database) onto the web server. Also it is used to synchronize database information between working graphic stations (synchronize operators accounts, passwords prices and discounts, etc.) 4. Last part of the project is web based system that accepts and stores all data and images and allows administrators to get statistic or change prices and discounts even on remote machines. And front-end user site where customers can see or order prints of their images. Print process is also automated. Once online payment is done, a printer set up to work with “uploading module” prints the image and another “label printer” prints the address of the order. ModelsMarket.com is an interactive online community of Models, Photographers, Make up Artists, Hair Stylists, Wardrobe stylist, Agents and Casting Directors worldwide.
